rowanclan and brookclan, two clans that have never truly gotten along, yet haven't
been the worst of enemies. the rift started when rowan and brook, two very young,
former kittypets escaped from their homes, ready to leave their former lives behind.
the two would often sit out and stare into the deep evergreen forest, dreaming what
it would be like to be free and not cooped up in a nest. once they had left, they had
begun recruiting cats to join them and settled on an expansive piece of land with a
vast river running directly down the middle.

once the group had grown large enough, disputes about whether rowan or brook had
begun to break out, and after being unable to decide who would leave, the two split
away from one another, each claiming one side of the river. they began to separate
cats between their groups, and they each became a clan; rowanclan and brookclan.

generations later, rowanclan and brookclan are still thriving, although tensions have
been unusually high in the leaf bare months, as prey is running dangerously low for
both clans. and, to add onto that, one night on a half moon, the poor, unfortunate
medicine cat apprentices of rowanclan and brookclan were found murdered on the
banks of the river dividing the territories. would starclan murder two cats in order to
send an omen to the clans, or was it something completely different, perhaps some
cats who are growing tired of the clans and their disputes? or possibly wanting to
completely eradicate the clans?

rowanclan and brookclan must settle their differences to find out.

to brush up on them! 002. this roleplay is unlisted, but please try to write enough
so someone can reply! if this is an issue and you really want to join, just pm me
and we can work it out! 003. you can have as many characters as you would like,
just make sure you only have one rank per person! 004. no need to make a tom
and a molly, but if one gender is lacking, please make one cat of that gender! 005.
please have nice, clean forms that are easy to navigate! the same goes for posts.
006. please try to at least post on the weekends. if you let us know that you will be
busy because of school or life, as you definitely do not live on the computer. 007.
lease reserve a spot before posting on the discussion thread! 008. drama is obviously
encouraged, but if it is something big, please talk to me about it! 009.please post
