i'm the only person in my immediate family (which is about 9 people) that does not wear or need glasses for some reason or another. it's nice, but a little odd when i went back to the eye doctor after a solid 15 years to get my eyes checked and the doc starts talking to me about my family, all of whom he knows incredibly well since that's where they get their prescriptions
