"Good, good!" L'eau said. "Right now they are with Night, I hope." she said worriedly. "I've gotta go check on 'em, see you soon!" she called over her shoulder as she ran off to where her pups were.

Nikki looked at Mika. "Shakal was my best friend, she gave me the gift to hear and feel. She's blind, and so am I. Everyone knew I was blind before Shakal gave me the gift of seeing without eyes." Nikki sighed.

Ace looked at L'eau. He walked over to her. "They look like you and me.." He trailed off. "Are those our pups?"
