β’ nishinekos can be made to resemble/take inspiration of an oc/artwork you own which you must have explicit permission to use in this instance. you cannot make your custom an oc/artwork you do not have permission to use.β’ following this up, as by cs rules, nishineko customs cannot be 100% entirely based off of copyrighted material like characters from shows and movies or real life people. they can take inspiration from these characters, but cannot be a carbon copy pasted onto a nishineko.
β’ as of 4/18/23, nishinekos are not required to have a fish around them. asking for your custom for something like this should require a koi page though because i'd say the fish takes up more than 5% of the design. (ditto statement if you decide your custom should have a different fish on their head as well)
β’ their entire pose cannot be changed so clothing can still fit onto the sprite somewhat.
β’ artists can turn down custom orders for any reason.
β’ each artist has their own custom order form, please use them.

as listed these prices are just the minimum, based off of the prices of pages converted from quartz fragments to c$. Artists' own prices can be different from this though, especially if the artist is offering more complex-than-normal designs that take up more time than usual.
you do not need a page for a c$ slot.

Next they find and crush a rose, each partner pressing one of their paws into the resulting rose dye and onto the cover of the book.

βa rose leather book will allow 2 nishinekos to yield a litter of 1-4 kittens (if two users are participating, you are guaranteed 2 or 4 kittens and are split between themselves)
(update 9/28) β each kitten has a 50% chance to either: use the exact same lines as either parents, or use a combination of lines from both.
after the litter has been posted, the fates of the kittens are to be decided. user(s) choose to either keep the kittens, give to someone else, or give away for myself to raffle off.
