I'm honestly surprised it's not rare. It seems a good bit harder to find or at least as hard to find as the Butterfly Dog PPS.

Prolly not within the next few months; I think people are just making grabbyhands at it because the gold standard's so high.

I think it'll probably end up like the Peacock PPS.
Everyone went mad for it and it only ended up being uncommon, then it eventually turned rare.
PPS's are supposed to be a bit rarer than the other dogs anyway, so that probably helped it along. :B
