If you don't understand how the paint program works this should help you figure it out. when you enter i have written and pointed out where some important tools are. To play with the layer and see what it does just click on the circular button next to each layer. If you draw with a mouse look where it says brush tools and look for smoothing and turn it to 86%. This will make it easier to control your lines with the mouse. Make sure to read each layer so that you can use it as an example on your own drawing. Also when you go to draw and color make sure that the layer you are using is highlighted gray with the circular button turned black. This for anyone who doesn't understand so you can play with the drawing as much as you want to so that you can get a basic understanding. If you are still confused I will try and help you further.
(I know the drawing sux and I don't care what it looks like!)

To copy a layer just go to the top of the paint program in the tool bar and click Layers then scroll to the word duplicate and click. This will make a copy of your layer. To move a layer just click and hold the layer you want to move then move it either up or down between other layers! Hope this helped?

Oh you are talking about moving your lines on the page. Look at the tool bar with all the drawing utensils on it and in the top left corner you should see a button with a dotted box on it. Click that button and then highlight around the area you want moved on your drawing, it should make a dotted box around your drawing that you want moved. Now don't click on the drawing after it is highlighted with the dotted box....because it will disappear around part you want moved. Go back over to the tool bar and click the button on the right next to the dotted square button. This button looks like a plus sign with arrows on each end. Click that button and now click the center of the dotted box on your drawing. This will move your lines on that layer. If you wanted to rotate your drawing ....The only way you can rotate your drawing is if you rotate your whole page! That button is located above the pen and it has a 2 squares on it with arced arrows on it. You click that button and then click and hold your drawing and move it in the direction you want it to turn. Be warned though this will turn the whole drawing. Hope you understand what I wrote and that is was helpful.

alfy wrote:Thank you!!!You are AMAZING...one more thing, how do you rename a layer?:D sorry for so many questions..
No you are fine with all the questions. This is what this editable is for...for learning. Ask all you want because when I started I wanted someone to explain how to use the paint program.

To rename each layer just double click on the part of the layer that is labeled layer with the number next to it....this should make a white box appear on the layer for you to rename. Let me know if this isn't clear and feel free to ask as many questions as needed.
