entry: Fay looked up at the Sea Guardian. "Thank you for saving us! We're definitely friends!" She shouted. Fay, excited and happy to be safe on land, danced freely in the sand. The guardian just heartily laughed. "Oh wait, let me get you something as a celebration~" The guardian was about say it's not needed but before they could reply, Fay trotted off into the distance. She went looking for colorful seashells and longest vines she could find. Then she crafted multiple bracelets with seashell charms for everyone there. With gleeful expression, she then ran towards Benji. "Benji, let's start a party for our newest friend and to our wonderful adventure! Will you strum a tune for us?" Benji nodded and the party started. Fay made sure everyone got their bracelets and started to sing and dance along to Benji's wonderful music. The guardian also joined in the fun, humming and swaying to the rhythm.

Fidd had a great time at the Gooish 2022 events! Lots of festivities, activities, and places to explore. But what he enjoyed most of all was the friends he met along the way. Day 1, he met Veen who was extremely talented at decorating venues. He could not forget how they brainstormed together and thought of the most random exciting things to put in a party. Afterwards, he also met the goobies who ran booths. The most memorable one for him was Jason (as well as Jason's friends). He remembered how worried he was about meeting the princess and how well it is going with her right now. He looks forward to meet Davey Jones and see how this story will end. As Gooish 2022 comes to a close, Fidd knew in himself that he did his best to make the most out of this event and made some quality lasting relationships along the way.

Daith's always been confused about the concept of friends, I mean, he has them of course- Narciso, Tres, Author in a way, but it was still a strange sort of thing to really consider. It was a strange experience of trying to find out what really counted as a friend and not just 'someone you know'. Daith supposed that what the Sea Guardian had said had some merit to it, in the sense that those who share a lot about each other in some way through whatever means could be considered friends. That, perhaps, and a mix of how often you see someone- you wouldn't call someone you met once and never again a friend, really. Even with all these thoughts, Daith felt like he was among friends here, at least after everything they had been through.

I had finally relaxed, so it was quite a shock for me when the kraken appeared, jostling the ship. But we're so close, I thought anxiously, wondering if we had really come so far just to be attacked at the last moment. Then the blinding light was back, just like during the storm, and I felt hopeful. Was whatever happened back then going to help us out again? When I was able to open my eyes again, I saw a mergoo where the kraken had previously been, presumably the one who had helped us out of a rough situation twice now. I smiled gratefully up at the mergoo, anyone who would help us out twice was probably friendly, right?
I was glad to learn this was indeed the case, after all I would never say no to a new friend! "Thank you, Sea Guardian! Of course we can be friends!" This journey had truly been an incredible one, when I first boarded the ship I had no idea that by the time we reached our destination I would make so many friends. It had been so much fun to listen to everyone's stories and songs throughout the journey, and to have an opportunity to share my own. As I followed everyone onto the beach, I felt happy knowing our adventure wasn't over just because we had arrived at our destination. Now we all could hang out and have a party! I already knew it would be a lot of fun, because I would be with friends!

after all the chaos, luna and vaughn are glat to finally be able to chill and relax by the sea! they've grown a lot closer over the event and have found they have a good deal in common to talk and catch up about now that things are calm enough to do so! vaughn is kind of a blabbermouth, but luna doesn't mind because he actually prefers to listen. cx

Veen was scatterbrained again.
Friends? This- what- huh?

What just happened.
Wh- what who why-
A what saved us from a what now?
How do i even-
Huh?
She blinked rapidly in shock.

What had just happened?
She looked at the new goobie in sheer confusion.
Veen took a step back, and tried to get her thoughts in line.

"Friend? Friends.. friends, friends, friends..." Was muttered under her breath.
She looked at the so-called Sea Guardian, and then at Benji, and started talking.
"I assume i should thank you for saving us, so thank you." - She directed her words at the guardian.
"But i dont believe that quite makes us friends yet.
I did not know who you are until two minutes ago, no offense." She looked over at Benji after letting out a sigh.
"Ive never had many friends, never been exactly good with them.
Sometimes they just happen, but its a process-" She shot a look at the sea guardian. "-not just a sudden thing."

Veen paused, considering her next words.
"It has been nice hanging out with all of you, dont get me wrong, i do not wish or attempt to be rude.
Its been a lovely ride, storm and kraken and all."

Veen side eyed both goobies and walked away slowly, with a small exhale leaving her lips.
Maybe that was too rude.
It didn't matter, it was already said.
Words can't exactly be taken back, they stay even if you have regrets.

entry: pitre reminisced on goomas. he thought about his good times with velle and cal, and how back then their friendship was blossoming. he missed cal’s friendship - he really did. however, he thought of velle, and of neptune, and everyone else he’s met during gooish. maybe he was focusing on the past - but that past, to him, was beautiful. he learned, he laughed, he certainly cried. maybe next goomas, he could reconcile with cal.
