The quantity and rarities look like overpay on their side, but with a range of 8 years difference in the dates I have no idea how to tell if this is fair. I don't know how to trade with different dates/years in general, actually.

I just got this pet so I'm not really sure of its value, I'm thinking to edit but what would be fair?

A 2010 rare is worth around 25-40C$ and the pet doesn't have any demand that I'm aware of so it's fair/overpay on their end

i've personally seen a lot of people follow a 2:1 or 2.5:1 ratio for trading back a year with regularly released pets. like 2 uncommons (or 2 uncommons plus a common) from 2022 = 1 uncommon from 2021; as long as all the pets were released roughly a year apart from each other. OR if you had a 2022 rare it would be more equal in value to a 2021 uncommon than a 2021 rare. it's not an exact ratio, but if you were to consider it then i would say the trade is unfair to you even if you were being lenient about it.

i haven't seen too much demand for that '14 rare cow, but that's an 8 year difference from 2022 so it's definitely worth more than 18 2022 uncommons and a 2022 rare (plus you would have to take out one uncommon from their side to match the dragon on your side).

Wow that's huge overpay. Considering TD Shima Longtail getting to 3 MA value by many trades this is in my opinion already more than that 🤔 get another opinion tho, but I don't think asking for more would be good 😆

EDIT* yeah timberwolf is currently at 2 MA while mutant 1MA + the horse and everything else

Overpay on their side since Tess horses also don't lack on value adding that he wants to give you the mutant dog who has also high value like the Shima (but the Shima is still worthy more then the mutant haha)
