That wasn't the guardian I have a feeling that it is watching us. Daxter heard a faint sound like a hiss not a snake hiss something more deadly then a snake. Run daxter yelled he knew what the beast was it was reha a huge beast with a cobras head a dragons body and a scorpions tail.

Daxter ran back to night. Look if you dont come you will die. Then a huge wave of lava came from behind a corner run if you don't want to die.

Night sees a glowing orb in the lava, she dives down and grabs it, the symbol of fire on it. Already having that element, she throws the orb to Daxter. If the dragons take a bite of the orb, they get the element.
