writing, (I guess that's not that strange lol), but only without worrying about if it's going to sound good or if I got every little bit of grammar correct. Often times I end up worrying too much while writing, and forget why I like it so much. But if I am able to get out of my head for a moment, and just... write, then I find it's really super calming.
Also, going onto a fourm or maybe even discord and just kinda saying stuff without really thinking about it is also weirdly calming lol. I think it's a bit similar to my writing thing, where I often worry about it and get really anxious, but when I can get out of my head and just do it without overthinking it, I actually find it to be super calming :)

The vibration of a game controller, even tho they are mostly used for tense moments, there is something that makes me calm (Please don't think of it that way)

Don't worry, before people started being creeps about it vibrations have long since been used as a method of calming. I used to use a vibrating plushie for my stomach when it was upset. I just clung to it while curled up and was the most calming effect in the world.
Anyways for the topic, I find the scent of sharpies calming.
