I've started putting vanilla Ensure in my coffee instead of creamer

I put my apples in sugar x cinnamon

that sounds absolutely yummy- not a crime.

sometimes I make cakes (brownie, blueberry pancake etc) in a microwavable mug instead of actually baking them because of laziness and convenience

I don’t think that’s a crime- mug cakes are definitely a thing, plus it’s nice to not have to wash extra dishes after!

When I was a little kid, my brother and I couldn’t really make much food so we ate ketchup and shredded cheese sandwiches lol

I don't like raw tomatoes, but it is technically a fruit... So not a crime.

I regularly reheat fried rice even though I know the risks of food poisoning.

I love those frozen pea and carrot mixes. If I'm feeling a lil quirky, I will just microwave them and eat them as-is
