How long has everyone played?

I just came back to this game after 3 years and I was super curious, how long has everyone who wants to reply played?
Is it still active here? more or less than it was when you first joined?
If you left like I did, for how long? And why?
I feel like I need to update my wishlist and start grinding for all the really epic pets I missed out on lol, I must've missed a ton.

eight years!! since 2014<3 i missed out on 2017 through 2022 though

also eight years . i haven ' t ever taken a ' break ' other than for a few months i only came back on the first to adopt the new batches and then promptly disappeared again .
sometimes i don ' t realize how many people are here until the pound gets closed in under 5 minutes lmao . it is certainly very active nowadays .

{welcome back !! :3c it's been just over 10 and a half years for me here on CS though I've taken...I think a couple hiatuses, one during 2016 I am sad to say. That was a really busy year for me, I was travelling a lot, and I think I was just in need of an Internet break at the time! but I sure regret missing the space event xD}
{My memory isn't great, but I feel like it's about the same if not more active now than way back in late 2011-- or maybe I'm just more active in forums? Whatever the case the community here is really lovely, especially in the CS pet forums!}

I started wayyyy back in 2009! Took a break from in 2011 and came back in 2013! Since then I think it's gotten more and more active!
Trading can definitely be a bit confusing at times with rarities and demand etc. But as long as you do a bit of research in the various advice threads, ask questions and are generally open about the fact you are re-learning then you'll definitely find what you're looking for!!
Everyone is very friendly in the forums as well on the whole and there's definitely a whole community of people that use this site predominantly for roleplaying or art etc. as well as for collecting pets! So whatever you're most interested in you'll find a niche!

Update for y'all, I've gotten a lot of the pets I missed out on including a dreamy I had And it definitely is much more active, which is odd cause I never see anyone talking about it!! I'm excited to make more friends
