My anxiety nightmare involving Chicken Smoothie XD

So I took Latin classes in school from 6th - 12th grade and I loved it so much. Latin and Classics (The study of ancient Roman and Greek languages, cultures, and histories) are my passions. I went on to study Latin and Biology at my university

Shortly before I was supposed to start college, I had a dream where Chicken Smoothie was having an event where if you submitted translations of prompts from Latin to English and English to Latin, you'd get the special event pets. I was so excited! I posted on the forums about how I love Latin and how cool this event was. I got a lot of replies saying things like "You think you're good enough?" "Your Latin is terrible" etc, and all these people came to my house irl and threw rocks at it

I told my mom about it and she said "NO. Oh NO, misty1100, you CAN'T get in your head like that and start doubting yourself"

I went on to earn a few scholarships for my achievement in Classics, I was inducted into the national honors society for Classical studies, and I earned multiple awards from regional Classics organizations. I was the president of the Classics club, I was the campus Latin tutor, and I worked at the office of the National Latin Exam. I graduated with an honors Latin degree and my honors thesis was published in an academic journal c':
