You did get them, they are adopted at the same time you adopt the larger pixel pets so its easy to miss them.

I'm having this same issue - I adopted the free pets from Pet Collection right at rollover, but I didn't get a single one of these tiny pixel pets. I checked, there are none on my account. I actually didn't even know these ones existed until people started asking questions about not getting any of them in the outcomes forum.

There's no set worth, and it does fluctuate throughout the event. Toward the beginning, I typically see people selling banner tokens for anywhere from 1-4 C$, with the average (at least that I've seen) being 3 C$. As we get to the end of the event, they're typically only sold for 1-2 C$, more often just 1 C$. The box tokens seem to sell for about 3-6 C$ at the start, and then dwindle down to about 1-3 C$ at the end.
