Where and what is he and where can I find him

He's just an NPC right now, he's a green squid with wings. You can find him in the new lake area on the CS part of the event map.

Am I the only one significantly annoyed by the glitch pets? I didn't realize that some were still growing, and some were fully grown, because they all look fully grown. I ended up gifting away my only fully grown cub, not realizing there were two different, yet identical, cubs.
Really wish there was some difference on the pet images, because I don't know anyone that looks at the pet page of a fully grown pet just to "make sure", especially when it has a PPS tag on it- normally, they don't get those until it hits the final stage, even on PPS pets with multiple child stages.

I don't check my pets, but I do check the boards because there are a lot of detailed oriented people on here. They've saved the day many a time. Sorry you lost the lion cub.

The four by me (excluding the controller) aren't based on any game in particular! They're just based on common 'gamer' setup aesthetics, blue and red, toxic, rainbow backlighting, and neon pink

It's sort of a snippet of an essay, yes. Someone managed to decipher it, but for the life of me I can't find the post. The letters on its tail seem to correlate with different font effects. B for bold, U for underline, I for italic, A for capital letters(?).
