you get them from the Nick box at the IT Office, here (on the 'Inside CS' map, it's on the lower left corner)

you also have a chance to get a snake or a robot bird from there: archive link they're the 3 full-grown snakes and bird shown

they will drop at 0:00 (midnight) CS time. to check what time it currently is on CS, click here (the current date and time are also displayed at the very bottom right of any page, and if you click on it will bring up that page I linked). depending on your timezone the time here might not match up with yours

If you're talking about the blue, matrix, and rainbow snake, they come from Nick's box, the hourly one.
