I'm very confused about this background. Was it only available one day? I could swear I've visited the arcade every day, but when I click on where it was supposed to be I get the message that I can only get this item once... only I don't have this item!

Some free items disappear the day after their release. They do tend to re-appear toward the end of the event though.

We usually have roughly 10 days of new releases, then a couple extra days for token hunting, then a couple for trading in tokens. It does vary though, so no one exactly knows for sure.
