Hi! I’m just wondering what the green nick snake is actually worth. I know it’s in seriously big demand, and I happened to get my hands on two. I’d love to give the other one away to someone, so that it’s not sitting in my collection, but I want to do it just at a fair price. If this doesn’t belong here I’m sorry!!

Event pets don't have any sort of set worth, they're just worth whatever people will offer for them. It's up to you and your trading partner to determine what's fair.

Adding on to what Clockwork! said, event pets always have demand during the event because people are frantically collecting them the second they release. Towards the end of the event, most demand will be basically nonexistent. So while some users are willing to overpay now, others refuse to because the pets ultimately are not worth that much in the end and become more common as the event progresses.
