you can find them in nick's it section; the same box that you click once an hour to get an item to trade in at the pound has the possibility of giving you one of those pets instead of an item :)

They're from Nick's box in the IT page. You have a chance to get a pet instead of a token from it.

The glitched snakes are pulled at random from the box in Nick's IT room in place of items ^^

Do you mean the smoothies? They're just a new type of pet! The cursor pets are still growing and seem to be "hatching" into macaws so far.

The snakes come from Nick's box here. You have a chance of pulling a pet instead of a token from it.

Hey, I'm late to this event and I'm a bit confused! Which pets come in which ticket boxes? Like, which box contains the meme cats, etc..
