Unfair to you.
A rare warrior cat is typically worth 0.5 MA or 3-4 '09 rares. 2 '10 rares --> 1 '09 rare using the 2:1 rule, so they would need to add an additional 2-3 '09 rares or an equivalent.

Got this trade for six 2016 Easter items and a Space Event item.

I’ve been told most items are valued at an uncommon from their release year but none of the pets on their side are uncommon and most are from 2017 and not 2016. However based on their trade rules it seems like they deal in items a lot more than I do so are these items worth less for some reason?

[~0.5 MA] Low October = ~3 09 Rares ------ ~100C$
Your trade partner is offering 150 C$, so this is slightly unfair to them. 150 C$ is the top amount for a High October, so it is a pretty good deal for you.
