Reverse white is a dominant gene which reverses the white spotting on a cat. it is separate from the white spotting locus, and overrides it. if a cat had Wsw and Rw-, the reverse white gene would cover the rest of the cat with white and leave only the areas the white was supposed to cover alone. If a cat is ww and Rw-, the gene does not show. if a cat has dominant white AND Rw-, the cat’s pelt normally without the dominant white is shown and no white will be on the cat’s pelt

It always seems to be that there has to be that one weird cat among the group of rogues and loners who frequent gatherings.
xxxxThis one is even harder to miss than usual. You can spot them from a mile away in a softly reflective white... thing. To be honest, it's hard to tell they're even a cat immediately.
xxxxEvery footstep from them is obvious; thunderous; the whole white thing shuddering with the impact each time.
xxxxYou decide to attempt to avoid this weirdo, and to just sneak through in the undergrowth, but he's somehow following you nearly perfectly! Or perhaps it's just an illusion because they're so obvious?
xxxxYou hear a staticy voice calling to you, and you turn around to see what's causing it and... oh no, the strange cat! They're right up close to you and the fishbowl over their head is tinted too dark to be able to see them properly! It's hard to see them at all.
xxxx"Sorry? Were you talking to me?" You ask, now the cat is so close that it's obvious they were.
xxxxThey nod. It's hard to read the detail of the bodylanguage through all that white stuff.
xxxx"Do you mind me talking to you about space, it's really cool, there's planets and stuff and also rockets and those are cool and also there's stars, I like those, and I'd like having someone to talk about it with." The voice is almost dominated by static, but now that they're close enough that you can at least make some of the detail of the words out, the low pitch implies a tom physically, but even that's hard to be sure about. There's a lot of words in there that might just have been static confusing you. What's a "planet?"
xxxxYou're about to answer, still formulating exactly what to say when the cat bobs his head a little.
xxxx"I'm going to take that as a no! Did you know humans have been into space? My servant humans had something on their gogglebox last week showing them landing on the moon! The moon's all covered in rocks, it's really cool. They put this wavey thing with stripes on it on the moon, and they had to get out of a rocket, and you could see all around there was just space and I think it has to be really cool to be that close to all the stars! I think the spirits invented colour afterwards, because the gogglebox was only showing black and white and normally it shows all the colours. I want to go to the moon too! I made myself a space suit like the humans on the moon had! I made it out of old milk cartons and boxes and Kevin's cake mixing bowl. Cake is good too, but not as good as space. Also! The humans have this big thing that looks like a rabbit warren but it's in space and when they're in it they all fly around like birds except not like birds because they don't have wings, and it looks really fun and I want to do that too, on the way to the moon. I think you get to do both, otherwise I'll just have to go into space twice, but I want to do that anyway!" Did he even breathe in all of that? "I'm Buzz, by the way! One of the humans on the moon was called Buzz, but I was called Buzz first, but that was like a bee before and now it's a great name after a testing figure for whether it's safe for cat's on the moon, and I think that's a great source for a name, so my mum naming me after bees is a secret, okay, don't tell anyone."
xxxx"...Well, it's good to hear you're so passionate about your interests. I actually have somewhere I need to be going now, but I can come back if you still want to talk about space?" You're not entirely sure whether that's a genuine offer. Surely there are other cats more equipped for this level of enthusiasm?
xxxx"Oh! Are you going to that thing where all the cats all meet in this weird tree grove that keeps getting bigger somehow but I can't pick any signs of weird alien activity around? That's a great idea! I can tell everyone there about space too!"
xxxxThat's actually a really good idea. That way he can find someone who's actually interested and they can have a riveting conversation, and you can interact with the other clan cats. win-win.
