You would only have to add 8 C$ for the 2018 rare, the peacock is worth a 2010 rare and the original year for the malk fox is 2010

True date Malk cat elementals are worth an MA (six-nine 2009 rares) each. What they are offering is the Orange August from Horror's list which is a Low October which is worth ~.5 Ma (three 2009 rares), along with three items; the santa hat is worth a 2010 rare, vampire squid is worth a 2009 rare, and the green shirt from St. Patrick Day is worth a 2011 uncommon. This makes the trade unfair to you.

the pink streaked rat is a mid-oct on horror's list so it should fetch 3-4 '09 rares, but due to demand, you'd likely be hard-pressed to find someone that values it there. more than likely it would trade 2-3 rares worth, but it has little trade evidence. you can find more searching for other rats on the tier. [x]
that being said, if you valued it at ~3 '09 rares worth, their side is 5 '09 rares + the extras, and your side is 5-6 '09 rares worth (rare warriors usually go for 3-4 '09s [x] and the dog is just 3 month rule as far as I can find, or 2 '09s.)
if you value their rat at 2 '09s, it's unfair to you. if you value it at 3, it's just about fair not counting the extras on their side (animal egg doesn't add much since it's just from this year.) i don't know how many people would value it at 3, and if you value your warrior cat at 4 '09s, it's once again unfair to you. hopefully that all makes sense--demand plays a large part in those pets' worths. it's not a trade i'd personally accept.

they were overpaying. red rose goes for ~3 MAish (or ~24 '09s) [x] and the grown valentines malk is a high october that usually goes for ~4 '09s [x] definitely wasn't fair to them

Not fair to you, your cat is worth three 2009 rares, it is a Low October on Horror's list called Bleeding Heart Cat. They would need to add another 2009 rare, the small bulk doesn't add up to that.
