a couple ways! i exercise (usually outside) take a warm bath/shower and eat something sweet and non solid, like pudding or jello!

ok ok ummm when i was younger i used to type really really weird with Proper grammar and everything and it looked like i would use a thesaurus to spice up my sentences and i think i did it so i would look cool and mature and i shake my head furiously just thinking about it. my god
