"...What is an 'egg game', anyway?" Anton asked as they trekked.

"A game for eggs!" replied Nix, cheery as ever. "Isn't it cool?"

Anton blinked as he processed what it said. What does that even mean?

Synth offered her thoughts with a hum. "Perhaps it is a game about eggs," she stated with finality, as if nothing was left up for debate. Anton turned and stared at her, and she seemed to make a point of not acknowledging him.

Anton settled for turning back forward and squinting against the wind. He knew he wasn't very smart himself, but he often wondered if he was surrounded by idiots. Not that it was a bother-- he snorted at the thought. But suddenly, Anton felt his mood start to sink. He... really missed White. Green, too. It'd been awhile since he had last seen them. Perhaps he'd have to track them down and invite them next time.

But for now... he took a deep breath. He did not have a good feeling about this trip.
