This thread is for all ownership changes to existing Kalons [trades, gifts, readopts], and username changes.

✦ Please fill out the proper form for any archive updates. ✦
✦ User IDs can be found at the end of your CS profile url. ✦
✦ Use one form for each Kalon. ✦
✦ Links to Kalons should be either their on oekaki thread or their TH archive page. ✦
✦ When linking an oekaki reference, please link the parent thread of the most recent version of the Kalon reference, and not a color-in. ✦
✦ Links to kit NBs should state which kit it is on the batch. [Ie top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right.] ✦
✦ All proofs of trades must be hosted on a reliable image hosting site, like File Garden. Discord is no longer a viable option. ✦

✦ Kalons being gifted must have the form posted by the gifter, NOT the person receiving the gift. ✦
✦ If you have a special circumstance where the gifter is unable to post the form, you must contact Rabbit for permission to post. ✦

✦ The Kalon Archive is updated in batches by our lead archivist Rabbit with assistance from Meridiem and ThatPinkThing. ✦
✦ If there is an issue, usually one of them will send you a PM. ✦

All off oekaki reference updates will now be uploaded to the Kalon TH Archive instead of posted on this thread.

If you would like to request approval for an off oekaki MYO, growth, or reference update, you may post in the appropriate channels in the Kalon discord server, or DM a staff member who is open for approvals!
