Staff Applications are now available!
Deori is looking for staff again, and we're leaving the thread open and pulling staff as we need them. This way instead of constantly editing the main thread when we're seeking staff via PM, the current staff and I will discuss the applications in this thread and decide from there. ^^
So, without taking up a lot of time, let me explain what the staff will be required to do!
(also - discord is heavily preferable, but I can work around it if it's not possible)
Moderators
- Moderators will answer questions anyone in the
community might have.
- Moderators are in charge of doing foraging rolls,
as well as any event rolls during Deori's events.
- If there's a special day coming up, moderators may
ask permission to design Deo's if they're comfortable
doing so.Artists
- Artists must be able to use a PSD file!
- Artists are required to provide a litter of at least 4
Deori once a month. These can be basic Deori or
Deori with 2 traits - any more than that will need
permission.
- Artists are allowed to make Deori for missions and
foraging if they'd like to, as well as Deos for events.
- Artists may also decide to do nursery-only litters
or only do raffled Deori- Both Moderators & Artists will receive the option to either make their own staff custom or have me (Lillianyx) to make it for them!
- Inactivity for more than 3 months without any notice will have you removed from the staff team, I'll message after two months to ask if you'd like to continue or step down
- Leaving staff does not ban/remove you from the community! Some people can't handle staff and that's okay <3
