You have more earlier pets, and they added mostly in store/this year items. In my opinion, it isn't too fair for you but it's all up to you!

For them no, but if they are willing to do it go ahead.

They have earlier pets than you, though unknown rarity pets can go for a decent amount depending on what they are. I'd suggest you accept unless u like a pet :]

the 2012 fluffy dog store pets are valued at 1 ma each which is equal to 6-9 '09 rares source
using the 2 to 1 method their side would add up to 6 '09 rares + '10 rare + '12 rare + '15 rare which would make it fair if you value your dog on the lower end of a ma but keep in mind store pets have good demand in general and theyre offering a few lower demand species such rats, horses, etc ^^ so while this is fair its really up to you if youd want to take this offer or not
