This trade is very very unfair to them. Your side is just a regular 2014 uncommon which I routinely sell for 7 c$ each. The amount they’re overpaying is a lot and makes me think they may not know the value. I would highly recommend you edit to let them know.

(.75 of a non is about 75-112.5 ‘09 Rares which is where your amount lands so it really depends on how you and your trade partner value the Nick unicorn!)

.5 ma is not 50-75 ‘09 rares. That would be .5 non which is very different. Example: 2010 androids go for .5 non, except green which goes for a full non (at least last I know they could go for more now). You can see how that would not be the same as a 2014 store pet. .5 ma is I believe 3-4 ‘09 rares? But I’m not 100% sure exact range. It is **not** over 50 ‘09 rares though. As 1 full ma is 6-9 ‘09 rares and .5 would be half of that.
