Their Side: 1.3 MAs at least [very unlikely], 2.6 MAs at most [more likely] [24 09s worth at most, 12 at least]

This looks pretty even on both sides.
I personally value MAs at 7-8 09s each, so it's just up to you to decide value.

how much would have to be added to the other side to make it fair? i know it's under at the moment (grinner is 12-18 '09 rares) but i just want to check my math ^_^ i calculated the other side at around 6 '09 rares by 2:1 rule, not sure if i did it right : D

this one too please! not exactly sure about item worth ^_^; they’re from 2010 valentines iirc but not sure if they have special demand like eros does, for example. i know the other side would need to add but not sure about how much!

They are asking for about 15 MAs or 1.25-1.5 nons, which is unfair to you! Zebras have been getting 1 non consistently for as long as I can remember, so you they need to remove some of the pets on your side [About 4-5 MAs worth to make it fair].

2 - Fair, but rats don't have good demand. I'd decline this trade.
