theres some magic in a modern world. X, who is human and more intense & intimidating meets X in his cat form. Then shows off their softie side. Possibly starts off as feeding a stray, releasing stress via smoking or similar, and maybe knows X out of his cat form and doesn't really like him. He notices some similarities between X and the cat he's been talking to. Then it just sorta builds up from there.

X (the human) also has some magical bloodlines, and the family is possibly cursed. His curse is constant empathy. Alone, such as at home by himself, he's fine. However, he feels all the emotions when in group situations and such, and can't seem to handle that.

Looks:
Pretty for a boy, he has golden tan skin and beautiful eyes. One is blue (left) and the other is deep green (right). He has shoulder length wavy ended white hair, and a part instead of bangs. He has ears and a tail, of course, being half Neko. The ears and tail, like the hair, are white, and the tail has a ribbon. It's blue with a golden bell attached to it. He also has a variety of clothes, but seems most fond of crop tops and flannels. He also likes stockings and most pants and shorts. He has a cat form, as he's also half Were. His cat form is, of course, white. He has medium-hair, so it's semi fluffy, fluffy only in certain areas. The eyes are the same heterochromatic blue (left) and deep green (right), nose and pads are pink, and whiskers are white.

Leopold was in a rather huffy mood. It was busy all morning in his opening shift. Which meant more people. WHich meant more negative emotions. No one wanted to go to the supermarket on a monday morning. That was a chore. Who was ever in a good mood in a grocery store? No one, that was the answer.
So as Leo quickly grabbed a smoke break when the chance showed itself. Pulling on his hoodie, and hanging his hat up he stepped outside, rummaging through his pockets to find the sacred lighter, and cigarettes. He lit on quickly and took a puff as he crouched down next to the dumpster. Now, Leo didn't exactly expect to be in this position at 25 years old, but.. he was. He'd expect to at least have a girlfriend at this point. Yeah, he's had a few flings, but it never really worked out.
He fiddled with the piercing on his lip as he held the smoke in his lungs before releasing it, savoring the buzz it left in his head.
A breeze flew past, pushing his once near hair into his face; he didn't bother fixing it.

The sweet and silly, nervous and shy, bully evil and bad guy disliking one yawned. He was in his cat form, of course. The mediumhair cat was white with white whiskers. Blue and deep green eyes kept a lookout. The pink nosed and padded one purred and licked a leg. The eyes were the same as in humanoid form, just as the fur resembled the hair.

He yawned as he finished licking the leg, and thought on his life. He was living on the streets, in cat form, and refused to speak of the past. He of course had a humanoid form. He rarely went into it, but he liked to go around town. In that form, his hair was shoulder length and wavy ended. He favored crop tops and flannels, as well as stockings. He also had golden tan skin in that form. He was pretty for a bit, and had been made fun of as a kid...He growled at the thought of those bullies now.

He stood up and wandered off, coming upon a guy smoking. He didn't like smoking...and he thought he recognized this guy. Still, he meowed and trotted up to him. Tail flicking, the gold belled blue ribbon obvious, he sat and stared at him.

Leo paused a beat as he locked eyes with a pretty white cat. His eyes tracked it's pretty white coat. A little dirty from the weather, a stray? He questions the bell and ribbon on the tail, was it just neglected at home?
Leo has seen this cat beforehand, wandering around but Leo never really got close if it didn't.
His eyes tracked the pretty little thing, quickly finishing his cigarette, tilting his head away from the cat as he blew the smoke out of lungs after a few moments.
After finishing his well deserved cigarette he allowed his hand to wave in the direction of the cat. If it'd like to approach him it may, but he wasn't gonna go chasing it.

The blue and green eyed cat continued to just sit and stare. He really was pretty, and was often mistaken for a she cat. Not that the white cat could really do much about it...He didn't really take his humanoid form when around others. He'd only turn back if no one was around, then wander. Plus, the bell ribbon probably didn't help.

Even if it was blue, people seemed to assume ribbons were only for female animals. He often shook his head at this thought. Boys could wear ribbons and 'girl' clothes too. Seeing as he was a boy with a ribbon, he of course knew this to be true. He didn't care what others thought, either. He tilted his head as the human gestured, ears twitching as he stood and stepped closer.

Leo perked up at the cat approaching him, "hey there.." He hummed happily, gently brushing his fingertips against the cat's cheek. He didn't push his limits with it though, he'd allow the cat to rub up against him if he so chose.
"Dang, what's it like being a cat? Better than being a person I bet.." He snorted, raising his free hand to run his fingers through his ginger hair. "I'm sick of this dead end job.." He frowned.

The blue and green eyed cat mewed and tilted his head. He twitched his ears forward as the guy spoke to him now. His tail flicked a bit as the guy touched him. He twitched and seemed to freeze up, then realized it was gentle, and rubbed on his hand a bit.

He tilted his head once more as the guy spoke. He was questioning him now, but Shion couldn't exactly answer him...Cats, normal cats, didn't talk, couldn't talk. He made a different sort of sound, still a cat sound, as the guy spoke of his job now, and gave a purr.

Purring wasn't just to show happiness, after all.

Leo stared down at the white cat, smiling slightly, "Yeah you get it," he chuckled dryly, as he ran his finger's through the cat's fur one last before checking the time on his phone. "I've got to get going now.." he groaned as he sat up. Tying his hair back once more in a bunch the hair out of his face, showing off his tired amber eyes and sharp features.
As soon as he stepped back inside he got hit with the emotions of his stressed coworkers, smacking him right in the face. So on top of his own stress of this stupid job, of course there had to be the stress of his coworkers as well. He frowned as he stood at the front, monotonously checking out customers until the end of his shift. He convinced one of the guys in the deli to give him some ham, cheap stuff, so he could make a sandwich for tomorrow, or a midnight snack. Depends on how well he slept tonight.
He escaped through the backdoor, and leaned against the wall, grabbing a smoke before his journey home.
