The banner was raised only 25? I thought it was usually raised in increments of 50 at a time?

I'm curious about the drop rate for the animal eggs. I wonder if Animal Egg 100 has a "lower" drop rate in comparison to the other eggs due to how elusive its been. I feel as if this would be an interesting factor to consider when valuing banner items/pets.

Hm, strange. Don't they usually raise the limit by 50 each time? I just hit 275 and the little "you've reached the max number of prizes" text appeared at the bottom of my page.
Edit: I also didn't get any animal eggs lol.

Usually yes, but we have had 275 before, so it is not too strange.

As Raire stated on the previous page, yes usually it's increased by 50 each time but it has gone up 25 before. It's likely becuase we're so close to the end of egg-hunting.

I’ve seen a lot of discussion about this, and I was almost inclined to agree that egg 100 had a lower drop rate as I hadn’t gotten one while I had gotten around 4-5 of egg 99… but then I got two in a short span of time so I feel like the rarity of egg 100 is to do with trading demand alone, being the big 100th egg and all.

Has anyone got more than two eggs of 100 naturally? I’ve seen everyone go I’ve got 3+ of so and so egg but haven’t seen anyone mention the same for egg 100.

I’ve gotten two naturally, I doubt I get another a 3rd I’m so close to the limit again.

I initially thought it was statistically rarer, but over time I think it's more to do with it being a milestone egg based off of the site mascots, which inherently would make it much more in-demand and popular. If it was just like the other eggs and only based off of a regular pet, I don't think we'd be seeing so many people talk about needing it. For example, I'm sure plenty of people are still missing the dog animal egg, but we rarely see anyone talking about it because it's not a design that really stands out as much as egg 100.

Aw, if they hadn't raised the limit I might've hit it for the first time ever this year. Alas, I don't have time to now, not even if I were able to get a token exactly every 20 minutes

The rainbow one was actually the first one I got after about 100 banners. I have clicked over 200 banners so far and only hit 5 animal eggs, the only duplicate being 102. I have not found 100 nor have i been able to trade for it.
