Advent Calender Trouble

So, I come on and go to get two new advent pets. The first time took forever to load and eveually said there was an error timeout. I tried again and got it, but when I tried to get a second one, it said I had already taken two. I'm really bummer about that, because I looked through my pets page and only had one.

Same here, long wait, error, though in my case, I got not a single pet.
