This is fair rarity-wise. Falls right in-between the range for an MA at 7 09 rares.

animal eggs 100-102 seem to be in high demand right now. usually animal eggs are valued the same as most other items--an uncommon from their year. sticking to this rule, they would be overpaying because the pine is from 2015. I've seen a wide range of offers for the animal eggs this year though so i think you could get more for yours.

responses here indicate the creep goes for 1-3 09 rares
i couldn't find anything specific on the value of the cloud dog, only this
the dragoncat store pets get about 0.5 MA (source)
2016 store pets are usually valued at an early 09 rare.

tokens are selling for about 2 C$ right now -- 27 would be about 54 C$
animal egg 99 i'd value at about 3-4 C$, this is subjective though

their side seems to add up to about one MA, which is commonly valued at 300C$. I think they are asking too much from your side--i think it would be more fair if they asked for about 190 C$ instead
