My goal is to put myself into a better mental state. I need to switch my birth control (which will help me lose weight), I already got new glasses, I need to have a better night time/bed time routine, I need to have a better exercise regime, I need to watch what I eat better, and I need to rethink my phrasing to myself internally. All in all, I don't think it's too far of a goal to reach, and I'm excited that I'm already part of the way there.

Prompt Response: My goal is to make more meals for myself! I get a lot of pre-made meals and stuff, but I would like to eat some fresh made meals too. I have a very hard time cooking, but I think it'd boost my confidence to do it some more.

I usually just study but I want to try other things like learning how to code with python and machine learning. I don't think my degree needs it but I think it would be nice to try still so I guess it's studying for fun ahahaa. I started Python already so I just need to get to the place where I feel confident to start machine learning!

Prompt Response: one thing I want to do to start taking better care of myself is to broaden my social circle. Right now I rely almost completely on one person for all of my mental and emotional needs, and not only does it overwhelm them but it also leaves me feeling very dejected and lonely when they don't reply. I think going out and trying to make friends with people (even online!) Would go a long way toward making me feel better.
