It is fair rarity-wise.
However, the Malk Mutant has much higher demand than bunnies typically. This is something you should keep in mind when deciding whether to accept or not.

Your item "Witch Broom" is from 2021 Halloween. It wasn't a token item, so it should be worth a 2021 common/uncommon.
Their "Monarch Butterfly" is from 2021 Easter. It might have been a token item, which would make it a 2021 uncommon.
This is a fair swap, two items of the same year, both from events, etc.
If anything, it is slightly unfair to them if the Monarch is indeed a token item. Token items are generally worth more than free adopt items. (:

As you can see here in the archives, both eggs are from the same event/year and they were both token items (found through the banners). Rarity wise they would be worth the same amount; however, you’re right that animal eggs can have more demand. While their base values would both be an uncommon, animal eggs can get overpay of a rare of the same year with demand. It is more common to value them at an uncommon level though, especially when trading pets for items and vice versa. Items to items can be a bit different.

The bumblebee spider seems to be going for a solid 2-4 MA / 3-4 '09 rares according to Meliodas' list and the Pet Worth Thread

My pet and item maths are going to be way off so i can't give an accurate addition of all their pets, please ask for a second opinion on that one before continuing (and someone can add onto my explanation here)

But at least, to my somewhat-trained eye, this trade is unfair to you both
