For the first trade, your trade partner is massively overpaying.
Your VR warrior cat is worth 1 MA. Each of their rare warrior cats is worth 0.5 MA due to demand. They are offering 10 rare warrior cats, which is 0.5 * 10 = 5 MA in comparison to your 1 MA.

For the second trade, card dogs are typically worth 0.5 MA. They can reach 1 MA as a true date, which isn’t the case here. Two card dogs at 0.5 MA each is 1 MA, while your VR warrior cat is also worth 1 MA. This is a much fairer trade for your trade partner than the first trade.

The wolf plushies are from 2010 CS Birthday. They are worth mid 09 r/vr ea. The two tiny stars are from the 2016 Space Event.
Your very rare sitting cat has a base value of three month rule or 2 09 rares. Any additional demand is up to you and your trade partner. Thus, it’s technically fair rarity wise. However, it would be more difficult to trade off the items than the sitting cat. If you’re actively looking to get a complete item collection, then this would be a good deal for you. Otherwise, I’d hold onto your sitting cat for a fair pet trade.

With trades like these, it depends on if you value dates or rarity more, and how strictly you want to use the 2:1 rule. With just the 2:1 rule, they’d be overpaying with the older pets on their side. With trades like these, it’s really up to the individual preference weather you’d rather own a lot of newer uncommons or a few slightly older commons and uncommons.

They are offering 2 09 rares, a 2010 uncommon, and a 2011 rare.
2010 unc = 0.5 2009 unc = 0.25 2009 rare.
2011 rare = 0.5 2010 rare = 0.25 2009 rare.
This essentially means they are offering 2.5 09 rares, which is slightly unfair to you by 0.5 09 rare.
I couldn’t find any trade data on it, so I’d recommend getting a second opinion just to be sure.

I would get a second opinion, but from my understanding, they are massively underpaying for your store pets. 2021 Storepets generally go for a late 2010 rare and they are offering many newer pets on their side that wouldn't add up to the worth of a single 2010 rare. In addition, store pets are usually rare and the unknown rarity store pet you have would be worth a 2011 rare.
