owl - 2+ '09 rares (worth slightly more due to being malk)
malk pup - '09 rare (worth slightly more due to being malk)
malk fox - '09 rare (worth slightly more due to being malk)
cream santa hat dog - 1 MA (6-9 '09 rares)
store fox - 1-2 '09 rares, maybe slightly more
store dog + malk fox - '09 rare (maybe slightly more)
others - 2 2020 rares

grand total: around 14-20 '09 rares

If I calculated everything correctly, then no this trade is very unfair

An animal egg is typically worth an uncommon from the same year, except the earliest ones. I believe they’re overpaying since it’s new and in-demand right now as the 100th animal egg.

I caution from selling it right away. With the high demand for it right now, there have been people willing to offer 80+ C$, old rares, etc. for it. It’s up to you if you’d rather hang onto it or if you’d like to sell it for overpay currently. Eventually, however, the demand should die down.

the patch is 1.5-2 x

Really depends where you value the patch ,successful trades show both while a true date Joker does not go for less then 2 .Both have decent demand, jokers especially true date are pretty sought after though.

Egg 100 likely has the same drop rate as the other animal eggs this year. Most items are worth an uncommon from its year, though it’s not unusual to see animal eggs go for a rare from their year.
Egg 100 has some crazy demand for obvious reasons.
This is not an insane trade, I’d be okay with it. I’d also consider it over pay, but if both are you are happy, I’d say go for it.
