i think character wise ur roster is great !!
for abyss i'd recommend heavily investing in ur dps (eula, childe, ayaka), your supports don't have to be as heavily invested but it def helps if they are
weapon banner is.. almost always a scam JFSJHG, it takes roughly 210 pulls to guarantee *one* of the rate up weapons. personally i'd try and invest more into your roster and see how that goes! only ever pull on the weapon banner if you're sure you'd be okay with either of the rate up weapons/or you have enough to hard guarantee the one you want
the fate points on the weapon banner (chart course thing) also doesn't carry over between banners so it's def a risk for sure D: i have some of the same characters as you (ayaka, eula, venti) and i can't 36 star the abyss either so :'DD
overall i'd always recommend character > weapon just bc weapon banner is a Scam LMAO

I can pass 11 3 usually with 8 stars for the floor. I regularly use Eula in Abyss as well as Ayaka. I basically stick to the same teams every time.
For Eula, rather than dropping tons of money on weapons, buy BP and get the Serpent Spine! It's a CR weapon and the effect is pretty decent. I have about a 40:200 ratio on her and run her with Fischl, a shield, and Qiqi.
As for Ayaka, Amenoma Kaguechi will suffice for her weapon. I usually run her with Hu Tao, Mona/Xingqiu and Bennett. For you I'd say try running her with Venti instead of Hu Tao.
I'd say Ayaka does need pretty decent supports however considering Ayaka needs CD piled on and as a result usually has low CR, even with Blizzard Slayer, she isn't always likely to crit. Definitely run Shenhe with her if you don't have any of the aforementioned built.
