It sounds dreadful.” North mustered all of her talent to sound theatrically dramatic.

Whetley’s unsure whether she should laugh at the joke or feel sorry for the leaders that their coats turned white from stress. She chuckled nervously, hoping it was the right response. “Oh, it’s great. All the cats are so nice, the Knights bring us plenty of food from the lake and rivers and our Sylph takes great care of everyone’s health.” She clears her throat and asks the next question rather shyly. “Is it really that stressful to be a leader?”

"it's a bit chaotic at the moment." she said bluntly. any other night she would have sugar coated the situation, claiming that they had never been better, but these past few moons had been a handful and she didn't have it in her to lie today. "the recent change in leadership has... shaken things up a bit."

sandrunner recounted the trip to the gathering. he hadn't been paying too much attention, he was too busy answering fangsnap's questions to even pay attention to where they were heading. the thought of the young warrior crossing his mind made him wonder where he was and if he had found anyone to talk to. sandrunner hoped he wouldn't get into too much trouble. "it wasn't too long of a travel." he stated. "although it could have been longer i wasn't really paying attention." he laughed.

Cockroachstar's looked a bit confused on the names, but let out a hearty purr anyways, "Such beautiful names! I do not recognize them, but it doesn't take knowledge to see the beauty in them." The maine coon was wondering what the names meant, but went on, "Hollystar and I's first deputy, Voleflight, has a son named Wintersneak who had kits, and named one Volekit in honor of her. He's a sweet tom, and I'm glad he memorialized Voleflight." Cockroachstar felt the familiar heaviness in the back of his throat that signaled sobs, but he pushed it down, unwilling to dwell on how Voleflight was dead.

Hollystar purred as Richterstar seemed to settle into the conversation, "I get it completely. I'm not sure when Cockroachstar and I will retire, but I'll be glad to spend time with our grandkits." The molly was surprised Richterstar already had great-grandkits, but was excited nonetheless for the king to be able to spend time with them, "My daughter, Mantismoon, and her mate were discussing kits so I'll be glad to spend time with them. Some of my siblings already have kits, so I love to play with my nieces and nephews." Her words broke off into a purr, as if recalling memories. The bengal thought for a heartbeat, "My leadership has definitely had its ups and downs-" she paused, feeling her throat tighten as she remembered the deaths that have happened under her leadership, but she was determined not to cry, "But overall, I'm glad my clan chose me. I've been leader for... about two years I believe? Time really seems to fly."

Tsunamibite thought long and hard, trying to find words which described in entirety what the 'witch' had done, "Evil things she did? I think murder is pretty evil. She manipulated Tundraclan, but she's gone now, so I'm thanking the stars for that every day." his words ended with a slight laugh, but Tsunamibite couldn't help but shiver whenever he thought about the evil cat.

"Truffles are a fungi that grow heavily in our territory! We don't eat them, but I like to give them to traveling cats. They are also good for healing wounds!"

The poor molly had been forced to kill her own mentor to stop the onslaught of rogues on the camp, and she had been named Queen for her bravery. Tombecho knew they were a guiding light, a calm island in the midst of a stormy sea, for the Queen. "We have yet to have an apprentice herbalist in my Clan, but we would all train them together. All of our knowledge is valuable, and you never know what snippet of information may slip from a single cat's mind," they chuckled lightly. "You'll be a great mentor, Scorchlight, especially if your apprentice is eager to learn and heal," they purred, wishing the qualities they wanted in an apprentice upon the kit that she was hoping to train.

Being able to rebuild my home, knowing that I’ve created a new home from others, it’d magical in away. I get to watch the young firsthand as they grow into amazing warriors. I wouldn’t trade I’m the experience in for the world, even if some days I wish things were easier. “

Truly he was with a real respectable warrior. “Brushfang of Auroraclan” he said, traces of pride carried in his voice. The clan has been his home all his life, and he took pride in knowing that he was there to see if rebuilt. “You must be from a well managed clan” he said, as he believed most respectable cats had to come from respectable backgrounds.

Though, that was settled. Our leader would have no problem with kitty pets; it’s just that some of my clan mates are…well let’s say a little closed minded. However. The fact is, a cat is cat no matter what. An outsider still deserves to be treated with respect.” Her mind dancer to some of the cats who had grandstanded over cross clan kits. Their desires to them trumped the rights of others, but no matter how hard they argued, it would never be the right answer.

The maine coon was wondering what the names meant, but went on, "Hollystar and I's first deputy, Voleflight, has a son named Wintersneak who had kits, and named one Volekit in honor of her. He's a sweet tom, and I'm glad he memorialized Voleflight." Cockroachstar felt the familiar heaviness in the back of his throat that signaled sobs, but he pushed it down, unwilling to dwell on how Voleflight was dead.
