6/10 It's typing is great, it's special attack is outstanding, and I certainly don't mind it, per se. But it looks like a My Little Pony character, for one, and according to the Pokedex it blasts water out of its hooves?? I...eh...there are other Pokemon, especially horse Pokemon, that I like better

I love the design of dragapult. One of my favorite shinies too. I like that it seems to catapult the pre evo, Dreepy that's kept in canons on its head.

6/10 Torracat is adorable but it's evolution was so bitterly disappointing that I have a hard time just liking it for itself. It's a decent Pokemon but I'm more of a glass cannon user.
