Queen of flames you haven't done a illusion pokemon to be Normal-type plate holder yet,my recommendation would be Slaking since it's tied with Regigigas for second strongest normal type pokemon since the both have a stat total of 670.

I don't mean to pressure you but you also need to add Primal Dialga to the list of Humanmade Dark pokemon.

Also I'm unsure if it's okay if I have 3 female characters and 1 male character,or do I have to have an even amount of male to female characters?

pokemon levels are up to you, but not like a full team with 100 lv pokemon.

Using levels is an optional choice, but if you want to use them then 1- 80 lv for chosen and Cynthia. Chosen ones are not beginners, or can be if wanted, but they can be pretty much anything...

Okay then is it okay if I do level 80 for Cynthia's Garchomp as for the rest of her team they will be around about level 70-79 if that's okay with you?

I'm not sure if Cynthia should have a legendary/mythical companion pokemon since she hasn't bonded with one but she does know alot about legendary/mythical pokemon from research she has done in her home region as well as other regions she has been to.

As for my plate hero's I will figure them out based on the pokemon I have chosen for them based on the levels when they evolve ok.

Queen of flames I really like the list of human-made dark Pokemon you have done but I think you should add Dark Deoxys to that list since it's known as the DNA Pokemon,and you said that Team Darkness make said Dark Pokemom from the original pokemon's DNA so Dark Deoxys would be a perfect fit for a Dark Pokemon,I don't think there should be a dark Mew that would go a bit to far in my opinion since Mew is said to have the DNA of all pokemon,Mew is also very illusive and always looks like a different pokemon around people it doesn't trust.

Hmm I could add dark deoxys there, but there is not a dark mew.
