The TD UR Strawberry is ~1.5n, the other two lists are 3 MA together (VR Warrior Cat = 1 MA and Pink Patchy = 2 MA), which is approximately 1.75 nons altogether with the miscellaneous rares.

The UR Phoenix would be 1.5-2 nons, but because it's a true date (from 2013), it'd be closer to 2 nons, so they'd probably need to add about 0.25 nons.

Rare Warrior Cats are generally 3 '09 rares to 0.5 MA, so your side would be about 1.5-2 MA.

1 rare warrior - around 2-3 09' rares, which is equivalent to around ~0.5 MA.
2 09' very rares - using 2:1 rule, 1 09' very rare is worth 2 09' rares. Two 09' very rares would then be 4 09' rares as equivalent.
0.5 MA is around 3 09' rares, leaving one extra 09' rare.
Total: 0.5 MA + 0.5 MA + 1 extra 09' rare + 1 extra 11' rare = 1 MA + added pets

In summary, I believe it is a fair trade.
