I don't really do C$ except for buying store pets, any advice?

This pet would generally be valued at the three month rule or 2 '09 rares - x. As for C$ values, you can check out this guide here to determine pricing. An 09' rare/very rare is priced between 35-55 C$. I usually split it in half, so the first half would be pricing for rares and the second half for very rares. Thus, 35-45 C$ for an 09' rare and 45-55 C$ for an 09' very rare.
In general, it seems they are overpaying since there is no particular demand for the White-Footed African Wild Dog. It trades consistently for the same amount and is not a list.

Note;; token items are worth more than free items, so it could be argued they are worth 1 2019 rare each, but it doesn't impact the overall outcome of the trade. A token would get a set of the wisps, but since this isn't a full set, I would argue two as being uncommon each.
Totaling:
3.5 + 6-9 09 rares = 9.5 - 12.5 09 rares + 2 2019 uncommons + 1 2019 common
