2. their two infinity flames can grow or shrink in size but only to double their size.
3. flames already present can be manipulated to their will. (Say a campfire is present they can take the fire from that and use it as well)
4. they can conjure new flames at will but can only create 9. so, if a wisp is extinguished another can be made.
5. they can set things on fire, and their wisps do cause damage but they can choose what is lit and what isn't.
