i finally got my refund of almost 400€ from my electricity provider for last year, so now i'm gonna go and splurge on a few more books

a class was cancelled this morning & i made it through another week of my 3-hour capstone!
also, my twin is visiting me tomorrow & we're going to have so much fun ♥
spring break is almost hereeeeee

my bf and i went to see the new batman movie (good but very long) and the cinema was a little chilly so he gave me his jacket to keep me warm!!! also we goofed around making pancakes too hehehe

finally got a new haircut!!! :]

its the first day that feels like spring! Warm weather is super nice Plus its a little rainy which is nice

I HAVE A tentative DIAGNOSIS! This is not a drill omg. After eight years, fifteen doctors, two surgeries, and so much physical therapy I finally finally got referred to a rheumatologist who was able to give me a diagnosis for my pain. I just about cried in this poor German man's office. Just one last round of imaging to be sure then I can start treatment and I cannot wait to know what it's like to not be in pain.

Moreover, my husband and I may have had one too many bottles of wine and I finally told him about rp on here and he was so supportive??? I don't know why I was nervous, he's literally the best. I have never told anyone though for fear of being bullied as I had been for writing. So like. Wow. Big week.

getting home was exhausting but the uber driver i got tonight was really really pleasant. i usually despise talking during uber rides but he eventually brought up a topic we both got really into and it honestly made the drive so much more enjoyable. i even managed to shake off my exhaustion (and am now wide awake again at 1:30 AM). thank you mustafa i hope you have an amazing night and the tip i gave helps you and your family at least a little

also even if commuting across germany was The Worst TM, getting to meet the entire team irl was amazing. i met some really cool people and at the end of today having a conversation with anyone present didn't feel awkward anymore so A+, i'm thankful i got to meet and get to know these people outside of short calls and online meetings. they were all really kind and welcoming and realising i share an interest or two with pretty much any of them was a nice surprise (what's better than talking about gaming during coffee breaks tbh)

honestly things are so hopeful rn...this week the weather is fiiiiine, plus we finally read something in my eng capstone that i felt successful reading & felt as if my visualization/map was adequate, & i applied for some funding to help with my cims capstone equipment-wise while also reserving borrowed equipment in case the funding doesn't work out. plus, i have all my interviews scheduled & a plan for editing for it, & my other audio project interview is done so i just need to edit that. even tho i'm completely swamped i also feel SO happy with all my classes & it's so bittersweet that it's all almost over! and to top everything off, i know more information about my apartment for post-grad, & i'm just waiting on some final information so solidify my plans <3
