hi everyone :) if you don't know me already, i'm darling feathers ! i've been a moderator on this thread for a couple months now. i wanted to hop in here & make an announcement that i will be taking over hubble’s position as the DCAY admin. hubble had to step down for some personal reasons, & although we are sad to see him go, we wish him nothing but the best wherever life takes him! :)

with taking over this position, there are some new thread updates i’d like to bring up:


RULES UPDATE
i am modifying a few rules to be more specific (#'s: 2, 5, 12, 16, 17) as well as adding a new rule to the front page (#: 12). please check these over at your earliest convenience.

UNFINISHED CLAIMS UPDATE
i am currently working on updating the list of unfinished claims & should have it completed soon! if you were claimed & that claim was left unfinished, please feel free to PM me with the form listed on the “Unfinished Claims” page & i will make sure you are added to the list!

additionally, i will be updating the “Rewards” section regarding unfinished claims soon :)

i just want to use this post to also make sure to promote the discord server for DCAY! it’s a very chill environment, & i’m hoping to become more active on the server so that i have a chance to connect with the community more :)

STAFF APPLICATIONS
i will currently be pausing staff applications as i don’t feel that there is current demand for more moderators & also because i do not have access to the form for past applications. if this changes in the future, i will make an announcement about it :)

that should cover everything for now. i also want to make sure that everyone still feels comfortable reaching out to me over any thread concerns! although this new position comes with more responsibilities, i still hope to be active on the thread & continue with my usual moderator duties!

for the next half hour or so, i'll be making most of these edits, but i likely won't have the unfinished claims list updated for around a week due to my school work & other irl things.
