My point was that people do not often adopt, I forgot to specify, token costumes. People are likely to spend tokens on plushies though. It's them being costumes, and ones that fit one species or unpopular species, that cause them to not be adopted as much. I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding.

Was there a discussion on the bunny suits? I'd really like to be able to see it if possible?

I see, I understand your point now. There was discussion on the older suits, but since the more recent ones were placed much lower, I didn't see the point in having a discussion when I wouldn't even be giving it a solid value and would be tacking it onto the "no data" list. The people who I usually discuss things over with before assigning values have all retroactively agreed with me, however, though in the future I'd understand if you'd like us to be more transparent about things.

I think that's one of the biggest issue I have here, lack of transparency. If these discussions are had on the forums, then more input can be had. Discussion is not trade evidence, but it can further prove or disprove and account. The more people involved, the better. If people knew what items were being discussed, they could put the item on their wishlist and go out and look for them. And even if some people have gotten hostile over discussing items, I will still read their input because it still matters. I just wish some people would be more calm and not overly defensive when questions are asked. I feel it's really putting people off in discussing things altogether.

As stated on the front page-

"How come this isn’t fully community based?

I did not use polls as I have found this and seen them used in the past, and they are often inefficient."

I still believe in this. Polls, discussion on the forums are incredibly inefficient. If you'd like to be added to the group we use on Discord, then that can be discussed, but I will not be using the Chicken Smoothie forums. It's (one of) the reasons why the old list was dissolved. It needed a giant overhaul at one point and people took weeks to even decide where to value one pet. If every item was discussed, Chicken Smoothie would shut down before we got to this point.

I've had disagreements with you and others in the past, and I've always entertained their criticism, but if someone is going to be directly rude to me I will not engage with them. If someone is being hostile, then it makes sense for people to act defensive in response, even if it means putting some people off.

I'd say so at this point, not very much, but perhaps a '10/'09 rare instead of a '10 uncommon

Could you use a different example? This seems a bit disingenuous because you are comparing things bought with C$ with items given away. I think the only examples you could potentially use for this is the tree store ornaments and the reindeer/sugarplum outfit. I think they had similar values to a store pet. Then you run into the problem of the ornaments only being tree decorations and a free set being given out, which would cause them to be adopted less. Heck, the store pony outfit was available for almost 3 years, but because of the price and only fitting ponies, I feel it would be worth more than the latest store pet that was available before it was retired and it cost less than a store pet. There's a lot more going on than just if the item was available during a certain time, then it's worth that pet. I would be happy to discuss items in public on the forums and I actually used to, but people have become hostile about it anymore for some reason.

respectfully, i strongly disagree. all items can be compared to store pets to some degree because, for the most part, they never get rereleased. its the whole reason the 09 animal eggs are so rare, except the resource used to acquire them wasnt money as in the case of stores, it was time (since they were scarce banner items). yes, a free item will not be worth the same as a store pet of its time since quite obviously more people had theoretical access to it, but a token item? a store item? an item obtained through (multiple) trade ins? (see the 2016 space event tokens which randos have fought me tooth and nail to say they wont pay more than a 2016 uncommon for even though they were in the final 10-15 items ALL my item collector friends needed, up there with medieval tokens and 09 animal eggs?) i dont think its far fetched at all to say those are worth quite a bit more.

I've actually wanted to place them for a while. I'd be willing to say that they range between an '09 rare and a low advent, especially this one.

Each piece is .25 nons, sorry if that’s confusing I’ll try to fix it.
