Mini-modding is an offensive term used to talk about someone who tells people off when they have no idea whatsoever about the topic they're telling people off about (i.e. on DCF, people who join and 10 minutes later are "welcoming" other newbies and trying to tell them the rules. It happens, trust me). That does not in any way apply to Kiki, she's quite right and she said it quite nicely.

I'm not saying that someone who is a long standing member can't be a mini mod, that was an EXAMPLE, for crying out loud *headdesk*
My point is that if you actually KNOW what you're talking about, you're free to tell people off, because heck, they might just ignore you. *shrug* So Kiki technically is in the right.
