Jason watched as the hunter herded them into a building, a sadistic grin flashed across his muzzle. He turned and walked towards the door of the room he was in. Just as Manny was about to run past, Jason flung out his arm and grabbed the woman by her throat. A deep and gutteral snarl escaping an open maw as Jason's reflective eyes stared at the female. He stepped into the hallway and lifted Manny up by her throat over his own head, looking up at the struggling human for a moment. He let out a loud roar, taking a moment to curse this beings race for everything that had happened to him.

Kainen growled back at his brother, the two exchanging a deep grunt and nod as they got ready. Kainen held his place towards the back of the empty house, he could see the front door and the side windows from where he sat. Humans found out one of the girls was a monster, they showed up at the house and tried to execute everyone. Even beheaded their mother for a trophy. Only Kain and Jay survived. He growled...then saw a stack of boxes and jumped up. He managed to stay upright, and the boxes luckily didn't tip over. He looked inside, to see a....bipedal wolf?! He kept his maw tightly shut, trapping a whine or growl, some sort of sound. He saw the wolf holding a human over his head...

The sweet and gentle but nervous and shy one hummed. The beautiful gray eyed and light brown haired one nodded. The tan skinned one said "If that's something you want, you should consider it. I think he'd do fine with a dog. Either a calm puppy, or maybe an older dog? One that might already be trained. I actually got Noctus as a two year old," he said. "Now, that's not considered an adult, but a juvenile. He was full grown, though, and he was partially trained. I guess they stopped halfway through, and...got rid of him," he huffed.
