other; the character is male + that line across his face just beneath the eye isn’t a current part of his design c: in feral form both eyes are the same color, but in anthro you may feel free to play around with them as desired—i like the idea of heterochromia with a lighter and darker blue >v< nothing too fancy needed clothing wise and there would be no need to replicate his scarf, but i would guess at least a dress shirt and a blazer or another style of jacket + black pants
